Homemade Chive Box Making Techniques
Chive box, as a popular home-cooked staple dish, this seemingly simple food actually has many techniques in its making process. Mastering these techniques allows you to make delicious and tasty boxes.

First point: After picking the chives clean, soak them in water for twenty minutes. This is because modern chives are often treated with pesticides and fungicides. So soaking is to remove pesticide residue. After soaking, wash them several times and make sure to dry them completely. Drying this step must not be omitted, the drier the better, this is to reduce moisture when making the filling.

Second point: Cut the chives and put them in with the seasonings, do not stir immediately, wait until the first box skin is rolled out before starting to make the filling. This is to reduce moisture, otherwise it's easy to release water.
Third point: Use raw eggs, one egg per box, spread the chives on the dough after putting the egg, gently crack a small hole and evenly sprinkle it on the chive filling. This makes the chive box with egg wrapped in chives, and the egg is tender.

As long as you master these key points, you can easily make delicious chive boxes. Why not try making one yourself!
