Homemade Rice Porridge Recipe
Farmhouse Rice Porridge
Ingredients:
200g Farmhouse Chili Powder, 50g Pig Fat, 5g Sesame, 5g Scallions.
Seasonings:
5g Salt, 5g MSG, 10g Homemade Chili Oil, 300g Broth.
Instructions:
1. Heat a pot over medium heat, add pig fat.
2. Add chili powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add broth and stir until combined.
4. Add oil slag and season with seasonings.
5. Cook and serve, drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with sesame and scallions. Ready to serve.
