Little Pot Stir-Fried Rice!
Step 1: Prepare the bone-in lamb, carrots cut into pieces, heat oil in a pot, add the lamb to the pot and stir-fry until the lamb is slightly yellow, then add star anise and ginger pieces and stir-fry. After stir-frying, remove the star anise and ginger and add the carrots and stir-fry. Place the pre-soaked rice and lamb (and carrots) into the bottom of the electric rice cooker. Spread the rice evenly on top of the lamb and carrots. Start the electric rice cooker on the highest setting to cook the beef shanks. When the pressure is released, the pot is open.
