Instructions

Chicken Wings with Potatoes

Ingredients

Chicken wings potatoes green and red peppers green onion ginger eight corner star anise soy sauce oil salt

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken wings diagonally and put them in a bowl, add green onion, ginger, soy sauce and salt, marinate for ten minutes;

2. Heat the oil in the pot, add eight corner star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and ginger slices to fragrant

3. Add the marinated chicken wings

4. Sear both sides until golden brown

5. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and white wine, stir-fry

6. Add an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for five minutes

7. Remove the eight corner star anise

8. Add potato cubes, cover and continue to simmer for fifteen minutes

9. Add green and red peppers and salt, stir-fry until evenly thickened
