Homemade Fermented Radish
Ingredients
Pork belly, fermented radish, a little white wine, a little soy sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar
Instructions
1. Heat the pot first, add a spoonful of cold oil, after heating, add pork belly slices, medium heat stir-fry until the edges are golden brown and the lard is basically oozing out, then add a little white wine, a little soy sauce to stir-fry, then add green onion, ginger, garlic minced;
2. After releasing the aroma, add the ingredients, change to a large flame, slightly adjust salt and sugar; then add fermented radish, stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly cooked.

Homemade Cabbage
Ingredients
Cabbage, pork belly, ginger, chopped green onion, garlic minced, tomatoes, soy sauce, salt, a little sugar, green pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the pot, add oil, stir-fry the meat slices until they are scattered, stir-fry until the meat slices turn color then take them out
2. Leave a little oil in the bottom of the pot, add ginger, chopped green onion, garlic minced to fragrant, add chopped tomatoes to bring out the red oil, a little soy sauce, add cabbage, salt, a little sugar to stir-fry
3. If you want a crispy texture, use a large flame to stir-fry until the cabbage is slightly cooked. If you want to cook it soft, add a small bowl of water, bring to a boil, cover the pot, reduce the heat and steam until the cabbage is cooked through. Add a little green pepper shreds, use a large flame to thicken the sauce, stir-fry until the green pepper is slightly cooked.
Chicken Wings with Potatoes
Ingredients
Chicken wings potatoes green and red peppers green onion ginger eight corner star anise soy sauce oil salt
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken wings diagonally and put them in a bowl, add green onion, ginger, soy sauce and salt, marinate for ten minutes;
2. Heat the oil in the pot, add eight corner star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and ginger slices to fragrant
3. Add the marinated chicken wings
4. Sear both sides until golden brown
5. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and white wine, stir-fry
6. Add an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for five minutes
7. Remove the eight corner star anise
8. Add potato cubes, cover and continue to simmer for fifteen minutes
9. Add green and red peppers and salt, stir-fry until evenly thickened
10. Pour into a bowl, and place a little green onion on top.

1. Cutting the chicken wings diagonally makes it easier for the flavor to penetrate, add green onion, ginger, white wine and salt to marinate first
2. Marinating the chicken wings and searing them until both sides are golden brown before adding white wine and soy sauce for five minutes
3. Add potatoes and continue to simmer for fifteen minutes (adjust the time according to the ease of cooking of your potatoes)
4. Finally, add green and red pepper slices and salt, stir-fry evenly to thicken, and remove the green and red peppers when they change color.
