Ingredients:

Instructions:
① When buying the fish, ask the fishmonger to help kill and clean the fish. Wash it again at home, this type of fish must be bought alive
② Cut the tomatoes into slices and prepare them, cut the ginger into slices
③ Heat the wok, add a little oil to coat the wok, then add a little more oil, and then add ginger slices to sauté, this step must be done well, otherwise the fish will not stick to the wok
④ After the ginger slices have sautéed, put the fish in and cook over low heat
⑤ After one side is cooked, flip it over and continue to cook for a while
