Homemade Garlic Shrimp and Vermicelli Noodles – A Simple and Delicious Recipe
Feeling hungry for meat, it's much more economical to have some fish and shrimp. It's really expensive!
I usually enjoy browsing the vegetable market, smelling the fresh scents and listening to the bargaining sounds—it's full of life everywhere. When I get to the meat stall, I sigh. Not far away, the seafood store has very fresh fish and shrimp, and it's a good idea to get some. Shrimp can be cooked in many ways, and I particularly love steaming them. Today, I'm not just making a simple steamed shrimp dish; I'm making a truly delicious one.
Garlic Butter Shrimp with Vermicelli Noodles
Ingredients: 8 Large Shrimp, 20g Minced Garlic, 5g Green Onion, 50g Vermicelli Noodles, 5g White Sugar

Instructions:

1First, cut off the shrimp's whiskers and use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread.
2Then, use scissors to cut open the back and wash them clean.

3Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water and spread them on the bottom of the dish. Open the back of the large shrimp and lay them on the vermicelli noodles.

4Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5Add 5g of salt.

6Add white sugar.

7Add 5ml of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

8Pour the cooked seasoning over the open back of the large shrimp.

9Boil water in a steamer. Put the shrimp dish into the steamer pot, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.

10Take out of the pot, and the dish is finished.
