Sharing the Recipe for Delicious Plum Garlic Pork Belly Steamed Ribs

Ingredients: Pork belly 600g, dried shiitake mushrooms, scallions, garlic paste, cornstarch, five dried plums, pepper, white sugar, yellow wine.
Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the pork belly into small pieces and drain off the water;
2. Add appropriate amount of salt, yellow wine, and pepper, marinate for 15 minutes. Dried plums are mashed with the hand, chopped a little, add white sugar, garlic paste, and mix evenly. After the sugar melts, pour it into the pork belly, add cornstarch and mix well;
3. Arrange the pork belly on a dish, boil water, place a steamer rack, and steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes until cooked;
