Cinnamon Roasted Shrimp

Oil one teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Garlic two cloves Ginger one slice Rice wine a few drops Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon Bamboo skewers 5
Instructions:
1. Fresh shrimp, select larger individuals.
2. Cut off shrimp whiskers and shrimp legs, use toothpicks to remove shrimp veins.
3. Again, pry open one side of the shrimp head with your hand and remove the shrimp brain black block (pick clean shrimp can be eaten with the head)
4. After processing, put it in a container, add garlic minced and ginger minced
5. Add a few drops of rice wine, salt, and cinnamon powder and mix well, marinate for 1-2 hours
6. Use bamboo skewers to string the marinated shrimp from the head (bamboo skewers need to be cleaned and soaked in water beforehand)
