Since I Learned to Make Potatoes This Way, My Family Eats It 4 Times a Week, Chewy and Delicious, and I Can't Stop Eating It!
Recently, I've been staying at home, eating and sleeping all day, and my life habits have been completely disrupted. Before, when I was working, I ate three meals a day, now I basically only eat two meals a day. I wake up very late, and I don't have breakfast until 9 am, and I eat dinner at 5 pm. When I was working, I really wanted this kind of life, but now that I have this kind of life, I feel worse than working. Have you all felt this way? I haven't gone out, and my family's vegetables are almost gone. Today, I'm going to make something delicious with the remaining potatoes, which is nutritious and delicious.

Fried Potato Meatballs
Since I learned to make potatoes like this, my family eats it 4 times a week, it's chewy and delicious, and I can't stop eating it!I also learned to make potatoes like this recently, our whole family loves it very much, especially chewy and satisfying. If you have potatoes at home, you must try this method. It's fragrant, delicious and chewy.

Fried Potato Meatballs
First step: First, prepare a medium-sized potato, wash it clean, peel it, and then cut it into thin slices, put it in a dish, and steam it in a steamer with boiling water. About 10 minutes.
Second step: While the potatoes are steaming, we prepare a piece of bacon (if you don't have bacon, you can use pork), carrots, green and red peppers, ginger, garlic sprouts, and coriander. First, cut the bacon into small pieces and put it in a dish. Wash the carrots and cut them into thin slices, cut the green and red peppers into segments, cut the ginger and garlic sprouts into minced, and put all the cut ingredients in a dish for preparation.

Third step: When the time comes, after the potatoes are steamed, take them out and pour them into a bowl, add a little salt, and mash them with a spoon, then add 100 grams of potato starch, and stir evenly until it becomes a fluffy, slightly soft dough. Then, by hand, grab a small piece of dough, shape it into a ball, and then stretch it into a long strip, as shown in the picture. It's done! Put it in a dish for reserve.

Fourth step: After the water in the pot boils, put the made potato meatballs in to cook, cook until they float, then take them out, and pass them through a cold water, this makes them more chewy, then take them out and drain them.

Fifth step: Heat the oil in the pot, after the oil is hot, first put the chopped bacon in to fry, fry until the bacon releases oil, then add 1 spoon of chili bean sauce, fry until red oil comes out, then add chopped ginger, garlic sprouts, green and red peppers, and carrots, continue to stir-fry until fragrant, then add a little water, then adjust the flavor, add a little light soy sauce, add salt, stir evenly, and then use a large flame to reduce the broth until the sauce is almost dry, then pour in the made potato meatballs, and continue to stir-fry with a spatula until it's out of the pot, and before serving, sprinkle a little coriander on it and stir-fry, and our fried potato meatballs are ready!
