Pumpkin Pie: So Delicious! Crispy Outside, Chewy Inside
In Sasha’s student days, the most enjoyable thing was going to the pastry shop after school with classmates, in the full glass display case of pastries, besides custard tarts, walnut cakes and crispy cakes, I most liked was the pumpkin pie that looked very much like a car wheel pie.

It’s a pity that I didn’t see it much after growing up, so I always kept thinking about it. The pumpkin pie had a glutinous texture, with two crispy biscuits sandwiched inside, and the sesame around it had a fragrant aroma. Just thinking about it made me drool~

So, Sasha is going to recreate this super delicious pumpkin pie!
Actually, making pumpkin pie is quite simple, it doesn’t require complex materials, it doesn’t require any dumpling making skills, the basic materials are pumpkin+rice flour, spending about 10 minutes is enough!
The only thing to pay attention to is that when frying, you must use a small fire and slow frying, which will make the color of the pumpkin pie look beautiful.
As for the small biscuits needed, Sasha is using ready-made ones, which can be bought online and in supermarkets.
Pumpkin is a warming food, rich in Vitamin A and carotenoids, and has digestive and stomach-soothing effects. Eating it regularly can effectively enhance the body’s immune system.
The golden-colored pumpkin pie, with a glutinous texture, is not only suitable for desserts, but can also replace staple foods, paired with a cup of milk, and you’ll be full and satisfied after eating!

Such a cute little snack that everyone likes, babies, what are you waiting for? Let’s get started!
