Super Easy, 10-Minute Cumin Mushroom Lamb
I've been staying home for nearly a month and really miss eating out, especially that flavorful cumin-flavored lamb. Luckily, I have some lamb bought before the holidays, even if it's not much, I can still make a dish of it. I also have some mushrooms available. I want to make a cumin mushroom lamb dish.

Ingredients:
Lamb cut into small pieces, mushrooms are suitable, cumin powder (supermarket kind, some contain salt, don't add salt at this time, if it's salt-free, add salt),

Instructions:
1Sprinkle cumin powder evenly over the lamb, without needing other seasonings.

2Heat up a pan with a little ginger.

3When the ginger fragrance comes out, pour in the lamb and quickly stir-fry.

4Then add the mushrooms and sprinkle a little water (don't add water to the mushrooms, you can simply stir-fry until the lamb changes color before it's ready to be served).

5Keep stirring quickly, until the mushrooms soften, add a few drops of soy sauce, now you can take it off the heat.

6Arrange a little cilantro and plate it beautifully, and it's done! It's super easy, and it's comparable to the stir-fried lamb you get at a restaurant. Don't believe me, try it!
