No Bowls Needed: Vegetables and Rice Served Directly, Steamed, and Children Love It

Sha Tea Pork Rib Pumpkin Rice

Ingredients:
1 pumpkin, 1 pork bone, 1 bowl of rice, 30g Sha Tea sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of(liao jiu - cooking wine), 1/2 tablespoon of (sheng chou - light soy sauce), pepper to taste
Cooking steps:
1. Soak the pork bones for half an hour to release blood.

2. Use a sharp knife to peel the pumpkin.

3. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin.
4. Slice ginger and wash green onions and cut green onion petals.

5. Wash the pork bones clean with running water, then cover them with pepper,(liao jiu - cooking wine), (sheng chou - light soy sauce), 10g Sha Tea sauce, ginger and green onion and seal with plastic wrap for half an hour.

6. Heat up a little oil in the pot.

7. Sauté ginger and green onion until slightly browned.

8. Remove the ginger and green onion.

9. Add the pork bones along with the broth into the pot, stir-fry until the pork bones change color.

10. Add 20g Sha Tea sauce and continue to stir-fry until the pork bones are colored.
11. Add the rice and continue to sauté.

12. Once the rice has absorbed all the broth, it's done.

13. Place the Sha Tea Pork Rib Rice into the pumpkin shell.

14. Cover the pumpkin shell, put it in a steamer, bring water to a boil and steam for 20 minutes.

15. Enjoy!

Cooking Tips: Mama's steamer is an electric steamer, steaming time is just a reference. Sha Tea sauce and light soy sauce are already flavorful, so you don't need to add salt.
