3. Prepare the versatile BBQ seasoning: Add 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 4 spoonfuls of vegetable oil, 1 spoonful of chopped onion, 1 spoonful of minced garlic, 1 spoonful of chili powder, 1 spoonful of cumin powder, 1 spoonful of white sugar, 1 spoonful of flower (huājiāo fěn - white pepper) and 1 spoonful of BBQ seasoning, mix well;


4. Lay down aluminum foil on the bottom of the baking sheet, brush it with the BBQ seasoning, and lay down enoki mushrooms, potatoes, lotus root, etc., brush with BBQ seasoning, then lay down meatballs, sausages, and chicken wings, brush with BBQ seasoning;


5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes, then put it in and bake for 20 minutes, take it out, if there is any water dripped during baking, drain it, turn it over and brush it with BBQ seasoning again, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili peppers, and then bake for 15 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with green onions – and it's ready to eat!
