Radish Stuffed with Pork

Steps:
1. Mix pork filling with scallions, ginger, , , black pepper, and salt, and a spoonful of until slightly firm.
2. Peel and cut the white radish into approximately 2cm thick circular slices, and use a spoon or small knife to carve a hole in the middle.
3. Fill with the prepared pork filling, and set aside after filling the white radish completely with pork filling.
