2Put the blanched gizzards aside. Slice the Chinese broccoli into pieces, cut the bird's eye chilies into segments, chop the ginger and garlic

3Pour a suitable amount of edible oil into the pan, add the bird's eye chilies, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant!

4After frying out the fragrance, add the prepared duck gizzards and stir-fry for about a minute!
