Fragrant Black Sesame Shaogao

Ingredients:
50g cooked black sesame, 250g regular flour, 3g yeast, 240g milk, 40g white sugar, 2 dates, some cooked almonds, some cooked pumpkin seeds
Cooking steps:
1. Wash and dry the black sesame, and fry it in a pot over low heat until toasted

2. Grind it into black sesame powder using a food processor

3. Mix milk, white sugar, and yeast until the sugar dissolves
4. Add flour and sesame powder

5. Use a scraper to stir into a paste

6. Brush a thin layer of oil in the mold, pour in the batter, use a scraper to evenly spread the batter, flatten the surface, and put it in the oven to proof until more than double its size
