Heartwarming! Animals Display Human-like Kindness, Extending Aid to Those in Need
According to the British 'Sun' newspaper, on February 7th, a red orangutan in a deep river in Borneo, Indonesia, attempted to help a person who was in the river. It reached out with its hand towards the person, and the animal exuded a human-like glow. This incredible scene was captured on camera.

A gentle red orangutan bent down and extended a helping hand towards the person who was searching for snakes in the river, as many snakes pose a threat to primates. It was likely perceiving that the person was in danger, so it reached out with a limb. Amateur photographers Anil and Prabakar from Indonesia encountered this touching encounter while traveling through a forest area in Borneo, where endangered species are protected.

Later, they discovered that the person worked at the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1991 dedicated to protecting endangered animals in Indonesia. Before the orangutan arrived, he was clearing snakes from the river to ensure the safety of the orangutans.
Prabakar said, 'Someone told me there was a snake in the river, so I went there to clear the bushes. Then the orangutan came over and saw me in the river and reached out to help. But I ultimately didn't extend my hand to it, out of consideration for these wild animals.'

A primate chose to extend a helping hand when it saw a non-primate in distress, even though its help was ultimately declined, its intention was clearly conveyed. If we can all lend a helping hand when we see others in need, our society will be more harmonious and prosperous.'
