According to reports, the swans are larger in size, with males weighing approximately 7000-12000g and females weighing 6500-9000g; males measure approximately 1215-1635mm and females 1421-1480mm, with a monotonous and coarse trumpet-like call.
The Ruohe Usuri National Wetland Park is renowned for its migration of over 200 species and hundreds of thousands of migratory birds during the spring and autumn. It is reported that the Ruohe River Valley has long been a breeding and habitat for swans. In recent years, with the protection and improvement of the ecological environment, the number of small swans passing through the Ruohe Usuri National Wetland Park has increased. It was surprising to first discover so many large swans here. Of the over 50 large swans, eight have already prepared to 'settle down' in the wetland park.
