The Yellow River is the Mother River, not only nourishing the people along the coast, but also nourishing the flowers, birds, insects and beasts along the coast.
As the Yellow River ecological environment continues to improve, biodiversity is achieving good results. This time, located in Jiyuan National Nature Reserve, 8 months and 42 times captured wild Chinese leopards in Taihang Mountains, cumulative recognition of individuals exceeding 6

No one is lonely without you
A 'retired' man hiding in Taihang Mountains was discovered
They are at the top of the food chain, most people can only detour; they are a symbol of speed, the time to complete a 100-meter sprint is half of Bolt's; they are also a symbol of wealth, with nothing left except 'money' on their body. Their names are Chinese leopards, once they were one of the 'big bosses' in the Taihang Mountains, until they met humans at the top of the food chain, stealing their 'territory'. In this vast earth, they seemed to have no place to stand, and eventually became endangered, so they were listed as national level protected animals.
Fortunately, when they were at their most helpless, humans began to actively change the ecological environment and start protecting them. So they returned to the paradise, flourished and multiplied, and are gradually regaining their prosperity.

In good shape
They have regained their prosperity, it is not just a saying, but there are data and facts to support it.
From January 2019 to February 2020, Jiyuan Taihang National Nature Reserve utilized infrared camera traps to capture wild Chinese leopard images 42 times, and monitored Chinese leopards in multiple monitoring sampling areas in the protection zone.
Since the Taihang Mountain National Nature Reserve in Jiyuan started utilizing infrared camera monitoring in January 2015, the 'appearance rate' of Chinese leopards has been steadily increasing, and the number of Chinese leopards monitored has been increasing year by year.

This road is the way I opened
Chinese leopards have been widely hunted, and the population has declined sharply, becoming endangered, and have been listed as national level protected animals. Currently, they are only found in Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Gansu.
'The appearance of Chinese leopards in Taihang Mountains at multiple sampling areas represents a close connection between the Chinese leopard population in Jiyuan and the Chinese leopard population in other regions of Taihang Mountains, and is in a state of spreading, which is of great significance for the health and recovery of the Chinese leopard population in Taihang Mountains. It also proves that with the continuous strengthening of ecological protection and the implementation of the Henan South Taihang Mountain Water-Forest-Land-Lake-Grass Ecological Restoration Project, the ecological environment in Jiyuan Taihang Mountains is stable and healthy' said Jiyuan Forestry Bureau staff. The infrared camera also recorded other key protected wild animals such as national level protected animals, yellow-throated martens, blue magpies, eagles, red-bellied cockalis, spoonbills and black-crowned falcon.
