Even a bath can make a Golden Retriever fall asleep, unless its owner is careful to prevent it from drowning itself.

Working a whole day and then taking a bath when you get home is incredibly comfortable. Sometimes, when you're too tired, you might even fall asleep in the bath. That's really dangerous though. If you're not careful, you could accidentally get water up your nose. You'd think, with a dog, especially one with a big nose, they wouldn't be able to choke on water.

This golden retriever was sleeping in the pet store during its bath. It seems like it was just too comfortable for the dog. The dog actually fell asleep and in a strange position! It was sleeping with its paws up and its nose pointing downwards. Luckily, the dog has a long nose, otherwise this guy could have choked to death.

When the owner arrived, he burst out laughing, and he specifically used his finger to press down on the dog's nose to see if the dog was truly sleeping. Only then did he relax. But it was quite funny to see the golden retriever look so ridiculous. He wondered how deep the dog could sink.

The owner used his hand to push the golden retriever into the water. The dog's head was completely submerged in the water, but its nose was still outside. It was such a comical sight. This is exactly what happened, and the dog didn't wake up. It seems like this is what a long nose is good for.
