Enforcement officer Guo Guanhua said that according to the resumption of operations commitment letter, the pet hospital hasthree important tasksemployees measure their temperature twice a day, before and after work, and consumers also need to be measured and registered upon entering the store, and the interior of the venue and equipment are disinfected twice a day.“It is best to conduct employee training or set up lines in different areas, and arrange fixed personnel to work in fixed areas to minimize job overlap.” Because of the special nature of pet hospitals, he also required the hospital to do ‘black, white, and gray’ zoning within the business premises.
In response to the surge in resumption of operations, identifying ‘healthy code’ is an important task. At Jiawen Pet Clinic, enforcement personnel conducted all returning and resuming workers,“one person, one file” registration, and required returning workers to show their ‘healthy code’.
At the same time, enforcement personnel reminded the hospital owner that,if there are any newly returning and resuming personnel, they must first check their health code, and those with green health codes can return to work after reporting, and any red and yellow health code personnel should immediately report to the local village or community.
That day, the enforcement team also visited other 4 newly resumed pet hospitals, explaining policies and implementing requirements. Enforcement personnel didn’t forget to understand the difficulties of each pet hospital in epidemic prevention and resumption of operations, and worked hard to solve the problems for the hospitals to resume operations.
During the investigation, two hospitals were worried about thermometers, ‘Existing mercury thermometers take a long time and are not convenient, and the infrared thermometers malfunctioned and measured inaccurately. ‘ Enforcement personnel immediately started to investigate, and finally found a way to purchase infrared thermometers within the city, thus solving the problem of the hospitals resuming operations.
Currently,12 pet clinics in the city have all resumed operations as required.“We will continue to conduct on-site inspections and provide services to ensure that epidemic prevention and resumption of operations are not affected. This is also to actively respond to the province’s deepening ‘Three Services’ work requirements.” The Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team said.
