Eagle Hand Camp Sub-Village Has a Farmer-Built Dragon Mountain Scenic Area
As everyone knows, among the eight counties and districts of Chengde City, Xinglong has Wuling Mountain, Luanping has Bai Cuo Valley, Chengde County has Dui Shuiya, Weichang has Qipan Mountain, Guangcheng has Du Shan, Longhua has Tie Shan, Pinfeng has Ku Lung Shan, Development Zone has Phoenix Mountain, Shuangqiao District has Bangtiao Mountain, Shuangdun District has Shuangta Shan; but few people know that there is a mountain in Yucunqiao District that is famous in Beijing and Tianjin, called Shenlong Mountain.
There is a cave on Shanlong Mountain, and when you look out from inside, the scenery is breathtaking.
Shenlong Mountain was created by a farmer named Sun Huaili from Luo Guan in Yucunqiao Township, Shou Wang Zhen, who exhausted his fortune and borrowed a lot of money to build it as a tourist scenic mountain. Upon entering the gate, the first feeling is a very cool, contrasting sharply with the scorching heat outside the scenic area.
According to Sun Huaili, this is due to the scenic area being nestled among mountains, with dense forests and a pleasant, humid climate, so the average temperature inside the scenic area is more than 10 degrees Celsius higher than outside in the summer, and it has air quality better than the national first-class standard, which can be called 'Natural Oxygen Bar'.
The scenic area has an area of 800 hectares, and the highest peak's altitude is 1276 meters. Inside the scenic area, there are not only a variety of trees and babbling streams, but also abundant natural scenery.
There are visible Quaternary Ice Age relics on the high mountain areas, in a myriad of forms; the mid-mountain areas have steep, rugged peaks, with strange peaks facing each other and bizarre shapes; the gully areas have battle bunkers, Shenlongtan, stalactites, etc., which are truly spectacular.

In the gully, two or three million years ago, ice formed, ice30, there are stone dragons, stone fish, stone towers, Xian Tao Flying Curtain, stone pillar Flying Curtain. The water in the pond is clear to the bottom, with a clear and alluring sound.

There is a Shenlongtan in the mountains, with beautiful and pristine scenery, blue water and blue sky, ancient pines and strange stones, forming a magnificent and exquisite natural mountain and water landscape, making people reluctant to leave.
Changxian Valley Cave Scenic Area, caves connected to caves, very special. The cave roof has been dripping with water for years, the cave has a central hole, the bottom of the cave leads to Dragon Lake, and there are ancient animal fossils and stalactites inside. Sun Huaili built a statue inside the cave, and built a 150-meter-long ground inside the cave.
There is a Shanlong Mountain area with a monkey stone face mountain, with a bridge, ancient pines, monkey statues, dragon stone, white sheep stone. The scenic area is distributed along the river, and there are gold pigeons, Fox Xian Cave, ancient gray kilns, old houses, ghost gates. There are Dragon Temple, ancient smelting sites, ancient gold mining sites, and peak welcome pines, stone people, fairy figures inside the area.
Now the battle bunkers that have been cleaned and built are open to visit. There are 72 levels of stone steps, and the terminal has a natural cave, stalactites are white pillars. Now, the internal pathways inside the cave have been paved 200 meters long, with two rotating staircases installed.
The scenic area is located in the south of Chengde City, Yucunqiao District, close to Beijing, Tianjin and Tang cities, with convenient transportation and obvious advantages. Interested tourists can come and visit.
The construction of Shenlong Mountain Scenic Area has filled the gap in Chengde Eagle Hand Yucunqiao Mining District with no high mountain scenic areas, becoming a favorite and must-visit place for outdoor sports enthusiasts in Beijing, Tianjin and the surrounding areas, and will be transformed into the Yan Zhao Grand Land outdoor sports base.
