Lavender Blooms Ahead of Schedule, Vast Flower Fields Create a Spectacular Landscape

Spring blooms and pleasant weather, with a profusion of flowers, this spring's temperature has risen earlier than usual, and the Shanghai Dream Source Lavender is also blooming ahead of schedule. In addition, Cosmos, Delphinium and other flowers have also entered their peak flowering period, with various flowers competing for beauty, attracting many tourists to enjoy the spring scenery.

Entering Dream Source, visitors' attention was immediately drawn to a vast expanse of Spanish lavender. A corner of the park has been dyed a romantic purple, with lavender petals swaying in the breeze, releasing a captivating fragrance that makes you feel like you're in a fairyland.

According to the park manager, Dream Source has introduced over 80 varieties of lavender from around the world, with differences in color, flower shape, fragrance, and flowering period. There are approximately 200,000 lavender plants, covering nearly 50 acres. The first batch of blooming lavender is Spanish lavender, and it will be followed by the blooming of various lavender varieties in mid-to-late April and early May, which will be the best time for citizens to appreciate lavender.

Dream Source grows over 200 kinds of flowers. Currently, spring is in full bloom, with Chinese Bellflower, Cosmos, Delphinium and purple Rapeseed flowers having entered their peak flowering period. Walking along the path, the hillside is dotted with thriving Cosmos and a large area of Rapeseed flowers just emerging, waiting for the best time to display their beauty. The Rainbow Flower Slope is a major highlight of the park, with white, purple, yellow, and blue flowers arranged in rows, creating a rainbow-like effect, and tourists







Dream Source's hundred-acre lavender sea leaves visitors spellbound and reluctant to leave. In addition to the magnificent lavender sea, Dream Source also has a campervan campsite, outdoor barbecue, and artificial white sand beach, providing opportunities for visitors to relax and unwind.
