Shanxi Linfen: Yellow River Huhitou Waterfall Experiences Peach Blossom Flood

Affected by the upstream melting of ice barriers, the Huhitou Waterfall in Jixian County, Shanxi Province, experienced a 'peach blossom flood.' The waterfall's water volume surged, forming a magnificent waterfall group, attracting many tourists to watch. 'Peach blossom flood' refers to the spring flood that occurs every late March to early April when the ice blocks in the Inner Mongolian section of the Yellow River melt and flow downstream, coinciding with the flowering of peach blossoms along the banks, hence the name.
