Today (April 1st), the sunshine blossomed with a smile. The West Lake Flower Viewing Festival main venue Green Belt has been 'a chaotic garden of colorful flowers' for two days, beautiful beyond words.
This year's Flower Viewing Festival exhibits one million pots of flowers. Azaleas, peonies, lilies, juniper flowers, and cherry blossoms, among the twelve themed flowers, will bloom one after another, welcoming visitors. Currently, dahlias, peonies, wood hydrangeas, tulips, and delphiniums are in their prime flowering season.
Citizens and tourists can experience 'smart flower appreciation'. Simply scan the QR code on their mobile phones to identify various flowers and plants while learning more.
This year's Flower Viewing Festival also specially added a health garden with a theme of medicinal plant culture, offering visitors a different flower viewing experience.
