Small Scooter Adventure: 21 Days in Tibet, Qinghai – Exploring Outside Potala Palace
After breakfast in Batang, we immediately headed to Lhasa, the scenery along the way was generally unremarkable and a bit visually unappealing. We stopped to visit the birthplace of Songzan Gampo. We also spotted barley and rapeseed flowers again. We arrived in Lhasa at 11 am. We found the Motorcycle Club, changed the oil, and stayed overnight. The lunch was hosted by my companion Xie Teacher's students. In the afternoon, we booked our visit to Potala Palace, and then took a walk around its perimeter. We had noodles for dinner ourselves, and spent the evening exploring Potala Palace and Lhasa city.
