Yunhe Yundu Life Experience Center | GFD Hangzhou Guangfei Interior Design Office
People say that West Lake is Hangzhou's face, and the Grand Canal is Hangzhou's inner circle. Compared to the flamboyant and bustling West Lake, the quietly flowing Grand Canal seems to better embody the underlying color of Hangzhou's life.

As a connecting water passage between north and south, the Grand Canal not only fosters prosperity but also offers a tranquil time like 'a dwelling in a wilderness, without the clamor of carriages.'
Therefore, the banks of the Grand Canal have long become desirable residential areas.
The Grand Canal nurtured the growth of generation after generation, and also deeply recorded the city's changes in the course of historical tides.

Once, the yellow light along the Qingstone Road contrasted with the radiant lights of today, and the cultural traditions of the Grand Canal were constantly being updated and iterated. The Grand Canal has always lingered in the hearts of Hangzhou people, and no matter how long it has been, it cannot dispel this feeling.
They came from the Grand Canal, and they yearn for a day to return to the life along the Grand Canal.
Amidst this region that is both steeped in imperial ambiance and teeming with the life of the people, Yun Zhuang, with its Oriental Private Residence, innovative stacked villas, and river-view high-rise, presented a graceful and serene oriental landscape. Stepping into the Life Experience Center's entrance hall, the weighty materials formed a balanced tone, immersing the hall in a peaceful atmosphere.
White-lacquered glass reflects a scene of 'floating breaking, revealing mountain shadows; small boats returning, hearing the sound of grass.' The light streams down from the wave-patterned stainless steel ceiling, freezing in the artistic installation of water droplets and ripples, leading people into it, coexisting with nature, and perfectly complementing each other.
From the entrance hall to the negotiation area, the sand model is placed in the space, and the entire sand model area has clear lines and layers, highlighting the characteristic of various residential forms along the Grand Canal.
The negotiation area is spacious and comfortable, with bright light. The Italian gray marble floor extends from the entrance hall to this point, and the wall is clad with Bulgarian gray limestone panels, with a stable color and clear texture, in a peaceful atmosphere with a touch of vitality.
Different seating configurations and field distributions provide a variety of choices for different groups of people. The water bar on the side is a perfect mirror image, allowing people to temporarily put down their fatigue and immerse themselves in it.
The elevator lobby inherited the wave-patterned stainless steel ceiling, like the Grand Canal passing through it, winding and arriving. '''s different forms spread throughout the entire sales center, showcasing ingenuity.
The VIP signing room was more elegant, with wooden wall panels exuding composure and self-sufficiency, and the artistic resin board brought a water-colored haze layered to the space, further highlighting the Grand Canal's theme.
The cube wall panel with intersecting wood veneer filled one side of the staircase, and the light shone through the recessed section, evoking a sense of historical heaviness. This is a joint creation of light and space, a work of art.
The underground layer was mainly for the fitness center, with the conference room and cleaning room at the ends of the floors. On the steps, the intersecting lines transformed into a regular wooden plane, and the light became neat and orderly. The geometric reception desk behind the resin board was delicate and sophisticated, and a closer look could reveal its special texture, creating a unique sense of texture for the space. The elevator lobby also spliced the resin board, softening the light source and enhancing the space's thematic intent.
The pool wall used modern techniques to interpret Jiangnan mountains and rivers, and the ceiling had sparkling stars, full of fun. The rest area wall used Bulgarian gray limestone, reflecting the light in the space, and was translucent and light. The fitness room used a large area of wood veneer, making it full of natural breath.
The changing room used warm gray tones, with marble and wood combination, elegant and low-key.
The Grand Canal is full of rhythm, and Yun Zhuang has a realm.
Yun Zhuang, with its respect for natural resources, its echoing of the Grand Canal's architectural forms and lifestyles, integrates the millennium cultural tradition, creating a tranquil haven for urbanites to dwell in, imbued with oriental ambiance and serenity.
