In Hongcun, you can see the most traditional Hubei style architecture, arranged in a row, high and low, the Maotou Wall with flying eaves, reflecting the flowing water, which is beautiful.
Walking along the south lake shore, under the blue sky, white clouds drift leisurely, and the green and white walls reflect in the lake. It’s like wanting to sit by the lake to spend a leisurely time.
Occasionally, you can see people setting up easels to draw by the shore. This poetic village, I believe everyone wants to record its beauty in their own way.

Chengkan—a village with a history of 1800 years, was praised by Zhu Xi as 'Chengkan Shuang Xian Li, the first village in Jiangnan', surrounded by mountains and rivers, like a graceful ink painting.
The layout of the entire village is built according to the eight trigrams, with winding alleys like a maze, very interesting.
Looking at the village from a distance, the continuous and undulating Maotou Wall shows the Hubei style architectural landscape, with mountains and water adding a touch of tenderness and beauty to the village.
In the sunshine, the mountains and villages complement each other, showcasing the most beautiful side; in the sunset, the misty willows beside the river and the stream return to a state of tranquility. The smoke of cooking in the evening adds a touch of mystery.
Tall white walls and ancient stone pavilions, you can see their elegant atmosphere.
Walking in the alleys, stepping on the moss-covered ancient stone pavement, the traces of time make this place more intriguing. Those traces tell the stories of the past.

In the picturesque Harbin Lake in Xinjiang, there is a small mountain village called Weimu Village, which is known as 'China’s First Village’.

Whitehaba Village, known as the 'First Village in Northwest China', is located in Tiehetuerke Township, Harbin County, Xinjiang. The village is located in a valley between two small streams.
Similar to Weimu Village, all buildings are made of wood, creating a European-style village illusion.
In the spring, Whitehaba Village doesn’t have the mystery of winter or the color of autumn, but it has the vitality of budding things, which is fresh and elegant.
Walking in the village, smelling the grass, soil, and mountain snow, you can feel a moment of quiet.
In the morning and evening, sunshine shines into the village, making the village even more beautiful. This border village feels like a magical kingdom.
Looking at the cows grazing leisurely, smoke rises from the wooden houses, everything is so comfortable.

Kequ Village is located north of Damba County, and it preserves the basic features of Jia Rong style dwellings.
The unique Jia Rong style dwellings are arranged in a scattered and orderly manner in the shade of green trees, showcasing their charm.
Several hundred beautiful and unique Jia Rong style dwellings are integrated into the natural environment behind the sacred Moerduo God Mountain and below the Golden River Valley, creating a beautiful village with Tibetan style.
Each Jia Rong dwelling is a work of art, and the unchanged ancient atmosphere can only be felt in person.

If you ask me which village looks like an oil painting, my answer is definitely Zangjiao Village. Its appearance is unforgettable.
There is a 700-year-old camphor tree in the village, and if you climb to the top of the tree, you can see the village below, so the village is called Zangjiao Village.
There are ancient stone houses in the village, with simple villagers, and the sounds of chickens and dogs.
When you come here, you can believe that there is really a fairytale world. The colorful scenery is beyond your imagination.
The stone blocks on the walls are weathered into red, and the walls are now mottled in the sunshine, but they are still beautiful and colorful.
