From ‘Lone Wolf’ to ‘Cluster Development’: Three ‘Rainbow Alliance’ Villages Transforming Red Tourism into Gold
Last weekend, Tingpang Town, located 6 kilometers from Sanmen County, welcomed a new batch of tourists. The red-themed party hostel operated by Jiao Shi Fang Village was beaming with joy, 'The Red Party Building Alliance brought popularity.' The recovery of the tourism industry is boosting the business of red-themed homestays, having already accommodated 4 groups of 300+ Shanghai tourists.
Last year, Sanmen County, with the red culture theme village Tingfang Village as representative, has fully excavated red resources, inherited red classics, and developed red tourism, fostering the creation of landmarks such as Tingpang Uprising, Chengxi Spirit, and Shepan Polders, forming the Red Culture Alliance to jointly promote the 'Golden Business Card' of red tourism.
To attract tourists, the Red Party Building Alliance put in 'effort.' They coordinated the tourism resources of three townships, connecting the dots to form a line, and hired experts for overall planning and unified development, creating a 'Red' route that integrates sightseeing tourism, red education, and leadership training. Last year, the number of people receiving Party consciousness education in Sanmen exceeded 100, and red tourism has become a source of life and water for the people's increase in income and prosperity. Specifically, Jiao Shi Fang Village, through the development of red homestay industry, has achieved a monthly income of over 5000 yuan, and the village collective income has increased by more than 200,000 yuan, successfully shedding its 'weak economy' label.
In Sanmen, the Red Party Building Alliance is not an isolated case. The county, following the principle of 'Party building leading, collective development, consultative collaboration, shared construction,' has drawn inspiration from the 'Seven Colorful Villages' of red Tingfang Village, orange Zhugang Village, yellow Xiaobu Village, green Yan'an Village, blue Fishermen's Village, and purple Huangdi Cave, leveraging their leading exemplary roles. It mobilized party and government officials to take the lead, based on the actual situation of each place's industrial structure, resource advantages, and development potential, to create grassroots party building 'Seven Colorful Alliance' across the entire county. The alliance's primary content is the 'Five Links' – team building led by the leading group, sharing advantageous resources, jointly organizing activities, promoting project development, and coordinated mediation services – effectively establishing a long-term mechanism of mutual assistance and win-win development among party organizations, promoting the coordinated advancement of grassroots party building and grassroots development.
Specifically, orange Zhugang Village, known as 'Sanmen's Green Lung,' coordinated a batch of beautiful flower sea boutique villages in Zhongmen and Three-Nuclear regions, establishing the Orange Party Building Alliance. It received 150,000 tourists and achieved collective income increase of 120. Yan'an Village, known as 'Three-Mountain Green Lung', jointly cooperated with Chengsi Ancient Village, and Chenjia Village which is the 'Land of Berries,' to form the Green Party Building Alliance, achieving tourism revenue of 6000 last year.
