Wuwei Liuzhou Hot Spring Resort is nestled in the mountains and valleys, lying peacefully in the valleys and ridges. Princess Hongfu also soaked in 'Wang Shouquan Spring' to treat her illness. Princess Hongfu, also known as Guangfu Princess, was a member of the Western Lang Prince during the Tang Dynasty. According to local historical records in Wuwei, when Princess Hongfu and her entourage lived in Wuwei, they were affected by the dry air and water soil and had skin and physical diseases. After many doctors treated them, the effect was not good. Later, local herdsmen told them that there was a god spring to the west of Liuzhou, always shrouded in mist, and never frozen in winter. Many local herdsmen often bathed in this spring to treat their illnesses. Princess Hongfu heard of it and immediately went to the spring. After bathing, her body gradually recovered, her skin became as white as jade. The princess was very happy and named the spring 'Wang Shouquan' and built 'Wang Shouquan Temple' to express her gratitude.
There's also a story about Wang Shouquan Spring. In the 'Songwen Stone' inscription by the Northern Wei Dynasty, it praised 'Hot spring is the way of nature's meridian, and the heaven's medicine'. As early as the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was famous throughout the country. According to the 'Wuwei Prefecture Gazette', compiled by Zhang Shuo in the Qing Dynasty, 'Wang Shouquan Spring is located 45 kilometers southwest of the city, and two springs gush out, with constant temperature in four seasons…'. At that time, Li Dao Yuan's 'Investigation of Water' also recorded 'Hot spring can cure all diseases'.
According to the geological and hydrological geological exploration report, the 'Wang Shouquan Spring' water temperature is 80-83℃, rich in 30 kinds of minerals that are beneficial to human health, with a high content of radon, strontium, lithium, boron acid and silicon acid, reaching the medical grade hot spring water quality standard. Especially the content of radon is high, so it is named radon spring, which makes it a unique radon health resort in the Silk Road.
Radon (Rn) is a very rare gas element in nature. Modern research shows that radon water is beneficial to human health, can treat various diseases, and is a substitute for any artificial synthesis drug.

If you come here to soak in hot springs in winter, especially after snow or snow, soaking in outdoor hot springs is unforgettable.
