On March 24th, Lanxi City Party Secretary Chen Fengqi attended the 'three services' activity for the development of some tourism projects and investigated the development of the tourism industry. Chen Fengqi and his entourage first went to Wangjia Village, surveyed relevant project situations, and conducted research and coordination on project implementation issues. Subsequently, they ascended Bailu Mountain to learn in detail about the natural and cultural resources and development status of the scenic area. Chen Fengqi pointed out that with a broader perspective, white-clou Mountain should be planned, promoting the coordinated development of Bailu Mountain, Wangjia Village, and Ziyexi Village, forming tourism group development zones, upgrading scenic spots, and comprehensively enhancing the overall level of the regional tourism industry to achieve faster and better development.
Leaving Bailu Mountain, Chen Fengqi and his entourage boarded a ship at the female street riverfront pier, traveled downstream, and arrived at Dulan Town and General's Rock, conducting on-site investigation of Dulan Town and Xiangxi Lilac Town's natural endowments. Chen Fengqi emphasized that it is necessary to actively plan water tourism projects, relying on the Lan River and the river's surrounding tidal flats and cross-river bridges, the riverfront piers, and wetland resources, accelerating the development of water amusement experiences and riverfront tourism sightseeing, making water tourism a major tourism highlight of Lanxi.
During the investigation, Chen Fengqi emphasized that the tourism industry is an important growth point of the economy and society, and an important grasp for improving the city's fame and soft power, which must be highly valued and grasped tightly. It is necessary to fully utilize the regional mountain scenery, ancient towns, and villages' advantages, adopting a group development model, innovating tourism product creation, connecting points, and forming unique tourism loops or zones, achieving the complementary effect between attractions, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the regional tourism development, and promoting better and faster development. It is necessary to rely on the Lan Lake Tourism Resort, the Yue Longshan International Tourism Resort, the ancient city, and the Lan River's core tourism development resources, actively creating multiple tourism development zones, continuously expanding and strengthening the Lanxi tourism industry brand. It is necessary to increase the investment attraction efforts, grab big things and not small things, and attract all kinds of tourism industry investment bodies, develop diversified tourism projects, and fully create a 'eat, live, travel, play, and shop' industrial chain, continuously enriching the tourism industry and meeting the diversified needs of tourists.
