Kinztan Hilton Resort Hotel is a luxury seaside resort hotel located on the beautiful coast of Dalian. Taking inspiration from French aristocratic architecture, the design of this large building forms the background. The architecture and landscape are integrated with the natural environment. Here, interior design is incorporated to create a resort where one can live a relaxed and leisurely aristocratic life.

The entire space is laid out according to European classical design principles, preserving the golden ratio of classical design, and showcasing traditional elements in a modern design style.

The tea lounge is like a courtyard on the riverside, providing weary guests with a quiet oasis during their journeys. The floor height design of the tea lounge not only creates a space with a riverbank level, but also provides every guest with the best visual extension.

The large and small ballrooms are located on the first and third floors of the hotel, respectively, and continue the concept of flowing water. The white art wall design in the prefunction area is layered, looking at it from a distance is simple and neat, and when you look at it closely, it gives guests a deeper visual shock.
Infinity Pool
The hotel offers a water park and infinity pool to allow guests to relax and revitalize. The indoor temperature-controlled infinity pool creates a visual experience of cascading waterfalls and subsequently flowing into the real Huangpu River outdoors. From one side of the pool, a floating platform extends to the window, framing the river view, resembling a beautiful natural painting, providing guests with a stunning visual enjoyment. In addition to continuing the framework design concept, the spa is created by water patterns and transparent glass, creating a warm and natural light and shadow dynamic effect.

The guestroom design is exquisite and elegant, with a primary color of beige, paired with a carpet with water patterns reminiscent of the setting sun on the horizon, and the window frame complements the vast sky and river water of the Huangpu River, perfectly presenting the combination of indoor and outdoor visual extensions.

Through form, function, scale and proportion, as well as details related to the Fengxian environment, HBA has conducted in-depth research on two design concepts – 'simple charm' and 'low-key luxury', and skillfully integrated them with local history, culture and traditions, creating an unparalleled for guests.

Stepping into the lobby, the distinctive ceiling design and the lighting design of the reception background wall make guests feel as if they are in a lush green forest. The red dynamic sculpture stands in the center of the water pool, and the bright colors balance the overall soft tone.

Located on the first floor of the hotel, the ballroom is not only a good choice for business meetings and events, but also one of the main design highlights of the hotel. The inspiration for the ballroom design comes from the golden yard beside the hotel.
