This paper reported on March 31st: 'With beautiful spring scenery, willows lean into the breeze, inviting guests to rest.' On March 31st, Baihua Historical and Cultural Street's outdoor public area officially reopened, welcoming tourists.
In order to ensure that we can both guard the 'gate' of the scenic area and allow citizens and tourists to enjoy themselves freely and safely, one day before the opening, the Qifa District Historical Culture Street Protection Center jointly with the operating unit conducted a comprehensive inspection of the park's environment and business entities, to ensure a smooth opening. The inspection team scrutinized the setting at the entrance of the park, the arrangement of notices, and the entry steps including temperature checks and information registration. Subsequently, staff members inspected the Baihua Traditional Craft Workshop, Spring Water Tofu Shop, Folk Museum, Zhilan, Yuelai, and No. 1 Yard, confirming the open entrances of the courtyards and whether scanning codes, temperature checks, and the availability of disinfection supplies were functioning normally when tourists entered each courtyard, and they urged the park's business entities to conduct sanitation cleaning, to maximize the safety and health of citizens and tourists, and to eliminate potential safety hazards, so that citizens and tourists could enjoy the spring scenery on Baihua.
What rules do tourists need to follow to reopen Baihua? According to staff of the Qifa District Historical Culture Street Protection Center, tourists need to bring valid identification documents such as ID cards and scan the 'EasyPass' QR code. Elderly people or non-smart device users will conduct written registration. All tourists entering all courtyards will undergo temperature checks and can only enter the park after passing the check. Tourists must maintain a distance of more than 1 meter from others and wear masks during their visit. Those who do not wear masks will not be admitted. Tourists must comply with the management system of the scenic area, truthfully fill in personal information, and cooperate with the property management personnel to measure body temperature and truthfully register. They should actively cooperate and obey the on-site management of the scenic area staff.
