Chengdu Tengwang Pavilion, Cherry Blossoms in Bloom
The spring sunshine is brilliant, cherry blossoms are blooming profusely in every corner of the ancient city of Langzhong, like smoke and mist.

Walking through the Tengwang Pavilion scenic area, thousands of cherry blossom trees bloom in unison, forming a flower ocean and a paradise for birds. From the Tengwang Pavilion archway, climbing step by step, it's as if you've entered a fairytale world, featuring white, pure Japanese cherries, eight-nine red Oshima cherries, eight-nine red weeping cherries, and eight-nine red Amor Fati cherries… Numerous varieties of cherry blossoms bloom in succession, starting in late March and continuing until the end of April and early May, attracting countless citizens and tourists to admire the blossoms.

The Tengwang Pavilion in Langzhong is the same as the Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang, both built by the 22nd son of Emperor Li Yuan, Tang Emperor Li Yuan, as places for 'banquets, singing, dancing, hunting, and recreational activities.' The Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang was named after an preface written by Wang Bo. The Tengwang Pavilion in Langzhong is named because of a poem written by Du Fu. The Tengwang Pavilion in Langzhong still retains a Tang Dynasty pagoda, which is a national key cultural relic protection unit. Every spring, the area is decorated with camellias and cherry blossoms blooming together, transforming Tengwang Pavilion into a sea of flowers.
