This Hotel in Kunming, China, Actually Has Pet Rooms and Custom Towels with Pet Names
In the season of blooming flowers, for southerners, it's much more noticeable, although for me, a northerner, it's still bitterly cold with ice and snow. Seeing that some parts of Kunming's scenic areas have started to open online, I think Kunming's spring comes much earlier.
I thought of going to Seven Colorful Yunnan · Ancient Dian Kingdom before the Spring Festival, and always had that feeling – arriving here, there's a city built beside Dian Lake, and of course, the Ancient Dian Kingdom Crown Holiday Hotel is included in that city. And the special thing about this commercial hotel is that it also has pet rooms.
The hotel's service is of high quality, don't question it too much, because it's under international renowned brand Marriott, guaranteeing quality and service. You can see Dian Lake's Eye Ferris Wheel outside the window, and feel the warmth of Dian Lake. Staying here is like staying in a famous scenic spot.
You can also feel that the hotel is different here – its sports facilities are surprisingly spacious. Unlike a typical hotel that has a gym or fitness center, this one has much larger space, fully utilizing the advantages of the building's space, creating two large areas, one blue ball court, one tennis court, and a much larger swimming pool.
Of course, there are also all the standard fitness facilities in the hotel, with necessary fitness equipment and guest-oriented services.
What's particularly special about this upscale hotel is that it has five pet rooms, allowing guests to check in with their pets. Another touching point is that guests checking in will receive towels with their pet's names. Each pet room has an animal's cartoon image on the door.
These five pet rooms are all located on the first floor, with a small courtyard, and a small house for pets, such as cats or dogs brought by the hotel, along with small toys.
The night view here is also quite beautiful. I checked in near almost Christmas in 2019, and the hotel in the night was full of romantic atmosphere, which added more unforgettable moments for those who came here for vacation.
