There is a stone street with many Ming and Qing architecture buildings beside Jinggang Town, which is the most complete ancient street preserved in Changsha. The buildings on both sides of the street are almost all decorated with wooden doors and windows, with mottled rooftops, and there are grain shops, goods shops, pharmacies, and red-powder houses (opium dens) with distinctive characteristics. At the end of the stone street is a half-street. This street is named because one side is a street and the other is a river.

The water of the Xiang River flows gently near the ancient town, as if telling people about the past days of this former paradise.
