Zhengzhou Hidden Flower Viewing Spots: Subway-Accessible Lake Park, Featuring Premium Sands Beach
Bai Juyi once said, 'If you encounter spring without pleasure, you must be a foolish person.' I don't want to be a foolish person; just as it happens, the weather in Zhengzhou is good, and I'm preparing to set out to admire the flowers.

Finding a tranquil spot to admire flowers in a city of millions is truly a difficult task. I've searched through various parks, and finally, I found a hidden gem in the East District, without cars and crowds.Instead, there's a clear lake embedded within it, naturally elegant and spacious. It's Longzihu Park.

The park is located in a secluded corner, surrounded by universities, and students rarely go out, so tranquility became the norm. I took the subway directly to it, which was incredibly convenient. Longzihu is likely the best quality lake in Zhengzhou, with abundant aquatic plants, lush greenery, willows lining the shore, and flowers blooming in the forest, accompanied by birdsong and tranquility.

At the end of March, cherry blossoms were the main characters, but the previous day's strong wind scattered them across the lawn, leaving the grass white. Fortunately, many blossoms remained tightly clustered on the branches, like cotton and clouds, resilient even after being battered by the storm, like a young woman wronged, making me feel a sense of pity.
Longzihu has more pink cherry blossoms than white ones; I don't know if it's intentional. Pink cherry blossoms symbolize beauty and romance, which is very appropriate for the surrounding universities, where young men and women often come to this place to play, or sit under the moon, or lie on the grass watching the lake ripple, such youthful beauty makes me envious.

There are about 12 different viewing points in Longzihu Park, with different flowers in bloom, and the flowering period can last for a long time. However, the flowering period of the blooming flowers is short, and a storm can end it. So, it's better to step out of the house and go to this offbeat viewing spot to feel the warmth and vibrancy of spring.

Address: Zhengzhou Zhengdong New Area, Longzihu within the University area, open style.
Transportation: Take subway Line 1 directly, or take a bus to the entrance of major universities.
