Before, I was a person who didn't know Zhangjiajie, Zhangjiakou, and Zhangjiagang clearly. Many years ago, I knew Zhangjiajie because of the movie 'Avatar', and the floating mountains in the movie were full of mystery. Later, I found out that it was based on the Qiankun Column in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area. I have never had the opportunity to see it, and it happened to have an opportunity to go to Hunan this time, and I immediately thought of seeing this wonderful 'Avatar world'.
I originally came to see the floating mountain, but I saw another spectacular artificial landscape here - Bailong Sky Elevator. It seems to have naturally integrated into this peak with a history of 300 million years in Wulingyuan. It didn't have any abruptness, as if it was a mysterious staircase to another planet. In fact, it is, and it is the best route to the core scenic area of Wulingyuan, Yuanjiajie.
Next, I will focus on cataloging the most worth visiting landscapes during this trip.
1. Bailong Sky Elevator
The first one is the Bailong Sky Elevator we just mentioned. The Bailong Sky Elevator is majestic and magnificent, with a vertical drop of 335 meters and a running height of 326 meters. It is composed of 154 meters of mountain inner well and 172 meters of attached steel structure truss. It uses three dual-layer fully exposed sightseeing elevators running in parallel, with a running speed of 5.25 meters/second. Therefore, it is known as 'the world's highest, fastest running and largest load-bearing elevator' and has been recorded in Guinness World Records. So far, these records have not been surpassed. The significance of this vehicle is that it will push the first bridge of Yuanjiajie, the Maze, the Sky Suspended Sword, and the Wulong and Yangjiajie to the front.
From the Bailong Sky Elevator, you can see the Gathering of Gods and Spirits, which is magnificent and awe-inspiring, making people worship and admire!
Secondly, you can simply regard it as a transportation tool. It has already become a must-visit internet celebrity building for visitors to Zhangjiajie. It is itself a wonderful landscape!

2. Yuanjiajie
After taking the Bailong Sky Elevator, you walk a short distance and arrive at Yuanjiajie. Standing on the viewing platform of Yuanjiajie, you can see three thousand peaks at your fingertips, majestic, dangerous and beautiful, with different expressions.
The air in Yuanjiajie is very fresh (it is said that some sections of Yuanjiajie have an air volume of nearly 100,000 negative ions per cubic meter, 500 times higher than the usual environment, no wonder it feels so comfortable!), it is recommended to go out early, not only can you see the sunrise, but also breathe the freshest air, and feel the world is so beautiful in minutes, it really deserves to be human!
1. Maze
It is said that visitors who come to the Maze are fascinated and bewildered, not knowing where to stay, so there is the name of the Maze. Standing on the viewing platform of the Maze, you can see all kinds of scenery. There are peaks and pillars like tables, chairs, and buildings, and their shapes are strange and wonderful.
The Maze is one of the best viewing platforms in Wulingyuan. Standing here, you can survey the heavens and the earth, inspect the peaks, and your soul will be easily swayed by the scenery. The magic is truly irresistible!
1. Qiankun Column
Finally, I arrived at the science fiction world I had been looking forward to! The Qiankun Column in front of me seems different from my impression. It seems unsteady, but it has stood for ten thousand years without falling. The traces of one knife and one axe, made it have more sense of the essence of heaven and earth. I can imagine it swaying with the green pine and wind and rain above. For life, it understands more than us.
Some say, perhaps it was too close to the viewing platform, every wrinkle could be seen by people, but people only see its coat, few people go to comprehend its soul, in short, it did not disappoint me.
5. First Bridge
In this lush and green forest, there is a stone slab about two or three meters wide, five meters thick, and about twenty meters long. It is undoubtedly a masterpiece of the creator. It waved its hand, and paved a road between two peaks, for people to pass.
The height of the bridge is close to 400 meters. When standing on the bridge, you look down at the bridge, and people with a fear of heights will tremble. Those who are brave, like discovering a new continent.
The other end of the bridge is called Shanque, where you can pray and make wishes. Couples can buy a 'lover' and lock it on the iron net to pray for a long and happy love.
The viewing platform of Yuanjiajie is concentrated, from Houhuayuan to the Maze, to Qiankun Column, to First Bridge. There are directional signs, follow the signs, First Bridge is the bus station, take the environmental car from here.
6. Yangjiajie
Yangjiajie is a newcomer in Wulingyuan, with beautiful scenery, but the road is quite difficult. The scenery in Yangjiajie is scattered, and the route is not circular, it is about a 'Y' shape, divided into two lines, left and right, one is the step up to the sky and the suspended corridor, and the other is Wulong and Tianbo. Time is limited, and those with poor physical fitness can only take the right line to Wulong and Tianbo, and those with good physical fitness can explore Tianbo and return to the original point, then go to the left side to step up to the sky and the suspended corridor.
From afar, there is a black-topped house on the middle mountain, which is Wulong. Below is a deep chasm of ten thousand feet. Those with poor physical fitness and fear of heights will not dare to go.
Pay attention: Before entering the scenic area, it is best to buy some pork sausage, bread and water outside, don't believe in the black car and black tourists, there is no free lunch in the world, travel choose regular transportation.
