First Key: Acceptance
Often, when people encounter problems, they habitually complain and criticize fate; or they evade existing crises by becoming 'turtle-heads'.
Actually, at this time, the most important thing to do is to accept.
When you choose to face and accept, inner fear will gradually dissipate, and anxiety can be gradually let go.
After calmly analyzing the current situation, you may find that all the things you worry about are just paper tigers; it's often your avoidance that unknowingly amplifies your panic.

Second Key: Change
Pessimism and despair sometimes fall consecutively upon us. But to survive from this seemingly hopeless situation, you must shake them off and crush them under your feet.
Difficulties are a stepping stone in life. To survive in a perilous situation, you must learn to change the status quo and fight wits with despair. Every time you overcome a difficulty, you get closer to success.

Third Key: Leave
We must admit that not all relationships will have results, and sometimes they will gradually drift apart; not all things you strive for will be rewarded, and sometimes you must accept that there will be imperfections in life.
Holding onto something too tightly will only break it; don't keep pursuing those who can't be retained; forced happiness won't last; when things don't become true, don't dwell on them; life should always move forward.
Dare to love, dare to embrace, but also dare to leave.Let go of things that no longer suit you and relationships; for truly important things, make room and mental space.When life no longer carries a heavy burden, the future will come as you wish.
