In a Thought Between Love and Hate, Find Freedom

The greatest pain in life is wanting and fearing loss; the greatest practice in life is controlling your mouth and legs; the greatest tolerance in life is 'nothing to it, let it be'; the greatest enlightenment is how to come and how to go; the greatest choice in life is how to live and how to die; the greatest happiness in life is peace within and a broad heart. Don't wait until you lose to realize its value; don't regret until you've made a mistake.

Hatred or love, a single thought, and we are at ease. Life is defined by random encounters, a sudden glance back, and the predetermined course of two lives – whether filled with love, hate, or indifference. Perhaps, the longest love is accompanied by the longest hate; the deepest hate fuels the deepest love. The intertwining of love and hate is a dreamlike existence. Life is like a white horse passing by; it's fleeting. Don't dwell on too much. Whether it's family, friendship, or love, what remains naturally, is the truest and longest-lasting.

If we waste our days doing nothing, wasting them in fragmented routines – worrying about whether he's on social media today, arguing about whether he didn't reply soon enough because he doesn't love us – we easily live superficially, becoming increasingly shallow.
The wise enjoy every moment of life because they know time never returns; the foolish complain about every moment, always feeling that the next moment will be better. The wise live in enjoyment and expand the future; the foolish live in complaints, hoping for the future. The same experience, different people, feel happiness in different worlds.
