A real man must diligently cultivate three 'responsibility fields.' Otherwise, a man's life is inherently imperfect, no matter how brilliant it may seem at times, there will be regrets and unease.
A man's first 'responsibility field' is career; to be a true man, you must first have a definite career that is rooted in your personality and ability traits. This 'responsibility field' is the foundation of a man's existence. Men must grasp and hold onto it tightly.
A man without a career is like a bird without wings, a tree without roots, or a river without a source. Only a career can revitalize a man's youth and vitality, otherwise, it will cause a man to fall into a state of boredom and decline. Without a career, a man cannot become a true man.
