I Don't Seem Happy
When we're not working, on weekends, or holidays, we genuinely feel happy and joyful because it's a time for relaxation and a slow, deliberate pace. But if we spend every day without work, every day of mindless relaxation, would that truly make us happy?
When do we realize that life doesn't always bring happiness?
Childhood happiness was simple – just bickering and playing with my classmate could make me happy. But one day, my classmate borrowed a pencil from another boy, and I was upset. I thought it was so cruel. That's why I brought her a cup of warm soy milk every day, and she still played with other boys, 'Hmph,' I wrote it down in my little notebook!

High school happiness was pure – that cute girl from the neighboring class was so pretty that just one glance could make me happy. When I played basketball with her on the playground, she would come to watch me, and I was so excited. But one day, I studied my homework instead of playing basketball, and she watched another boy play basketball, 'Hmph,' I would throw a ball at her head, but I would do it lightly, 'Hmph,'

One day, I moved into my new dorm because I had to work; my soy milk was no longer being drunk; I didn't have any classmates to play basketball with; playing games wasn't as fun without my roommates. I was unhappy. Do you need a pencil? I have so many pencils, pencils in so many colors, even one shaped like Pikachu! Use mine; I was unhappy, I would finish my homework on time, and I wanted to play basketball. When I was there, would you notice me? I was unhappy, I wanted to drink milk tea, whatever flavor, as long as you brought it to me. I was unhappy, 'Hmph,' give me milk tea!

But as I grew older, one cup of milk tea wasn't enough; I wanted two cups of milk tea; 'Hmph!'
