Non-Striving is Compassion, Non-Debate is Wisdom
Buddha said: 'Non-struggle is compassion, non-debate is wisdom, non-hearing is tranquility, non-seeing is freedom, non-greed is generosity, cutting off evil is good conduct, amending faults is repentance, humility is paying homage to the Buddha, observing propriety is upholding precepts, forgiveness is liberation, contentment is letting go, benefiting others is benefiting oneself.'
Not all things are worth striving for and competing for.
One must understand the balance of pros and cons and know which things require full effort, and which ones are not worth mentioning.
Life is a practice; some things truly don't need to be concerned about.
Non-struggle and non-competition don't mean I'm inferior to you; saying nothing and not smiling doesn't mean I don't know.

*Face is given, not earned.*
Life's 'three bowls of noodles': Face, emotional face, and spectacle. Competing for face is better than relying on reputation. Not striving and not forcing, a calm and carefree heart is truly a respectable face.
*Truth is not argued, but understood.*
High EQ is about knowing how to speak. Seeking fleeting pleasure through arguing is just a shallow victory, revealing a vicious personality. Truly profound people don't argue; truly capable people disdain arguing with anyone.
*Reputation is cultivated, not fabricated.*
To build a great tree, don't compete with grass. Overdoing it temporarily won't accomplish anything in the long run; being wise and courageous is a combination of intelligence and bravery, a dignified and relaxed demeanor, and a mature sense of stability and magnanimity. If courage isn't reckless, it's a lack of respect for others.
Non-competing with face brings a relaxed mind; non-arguing words eliminates disputes; not seeking empty fame brings inner peace; not boasting brings a stable life.
With a calm and serene heart, conduct yourself with integrity; with a clear conscience, maintain peace and tranquility.
