Becoming a Grateful Person Will Lead to a Wider Path

A person can only encounter the best people when they learn to be the best version of themselves. When dealing with people, it's crucial to understand: eyes are a ruler, used to judge others; when looking at people, you should first look at yourself; the heart is a scale, used to assess others, starting with self-evaluation. Character and conduct in life come from virtue, which is compassion; kindness comes from words, which is goodness. A person's cultivation comes from magnanimity and tolerance. People are also similar; maybe you were born noble, maybe I'm destined to be ordinary, but that doesn't diminish my charm, and you have your strengths. Don't strive to please everyone, because some people aren't worth it. Learn to cherish those who value you, and turn away from those who don't. Nothing is more admirable than confidence. We aim for that style. Similarly, when being a person, there's no need to consider others' faces or listen to criticism. It's just a matter of being open-minded!
