Buddha Says: Suffering is Life
If you pursue the wrong thing, of course, it will cause pain
The strangeness of human beings is truly too much: eager to grow, and then lament the loss of childhood.
People are strange: they are eager to grow, and then lament the loss of childhood.
Health exchanged for money will eventually be restored by money; when alive, it seems a long way from death. At the end of life, it seems as if it has never lived enough; despite anxiety about the future, it ignores present happiness.

Optimism and pessimism are just a thought away
When facing the same half-full cup of water, pessimists are sad that half is empty, while optimists are satisfied that half is full.
When facing the same rose, pessimists lament that there are thorns beneath it, while optimists admire that the thorns have flowers.

Happiness and sorrow are created by the heart
Once, an emperor tasted a tofu on the way he was exiled, and he felt that it was nectar from heaven.
After his exile, he ordered the imperial chefs to make it, but they couldn't make it the same way.
Others' shoulders are unreliable
As the saying goes, 'A scholar is not afraid of a broken robe, but afraid of an empty belly.' As long as you have true talent and knowledge, you can make a name for yourself wherever you go.
If you rely on others all the time, the mountain will fall, the river will dry up; in the end, nothing is reliable.
'Others help me, I will never forget; I help others, I will not remember'
The Great Vehicle Buddhism only emphasizes gratitude, not resentment. If ordinary people can't do this, we should try to do less resentment and more gratitude.
If others have done something good for you, you should always remember 'a drop of kindness deserves an ocean of return'
As the famous mathematician Hua Luogeng said, 'Others help me, I will never forget; I help others, I will not remember'
And if others have grievances against you, you should quickly forget them, don't hold grudges.
You cannot defeat suffering; it is your humiliation
'Is suffering a wealth or humiliation? When you overcome suffering, it is your wealth; when suffering overcomes you, it is your humiliation.'

'If you want to achieve long-term self-interest, temporarily benefiting others is the key'
Use a forgiving heart to forgive others; if you use a blaming heart to blame yourself, you will have fewer mistakes.
The wisdom of tolerance
Life's journey will not always be smooth and serene; as a person with mixed good and bad karma, it's impossible to avoid setbacks and difficulties. Therefore, the wisdom of tolerance is particularly important to us.
Don't be stubborn

In life, some people know how to be flexible and adapt to different situations.
Others are completely opposite, doing things rigidly, treating everything with the same mindset, leading to many mistakes.
