Finding Inner Peace is a Difficult Task

Nowadays, people are generally restless, and achieving inner peace is a difficult thing. We cannot concentrate on our work, nor can we concentrate on learning. Even when with family and friends, we cannot have a calm conversation. Many families sit together, each absorbed in their own phones. If this continues, people will lose their inherent nature and fail to appreciate the Creator's mercy and grace. Therefore, people should turn their attention inward, focusing on their inner selves to awaken their spirituality.

Due to people's restlessness, even having everything doesn't bring joy; even eating doesn't bring delight. Because of restlessness, happiness is increasingly out of reach. If you have faith, you can call upon your Lord, asking for tranquility, focus, and perseverance, allowing him to bestow these graces upon you, enabling you to care for yourself and protect yourself. If you do not have a clear faith, you can read, learn, explore, and observe until you understand the meaning of life.

I have always advocated for people to have faith, because faith is a lamp for life, illuminating the path ahead. Faith is also a protective wall in life, which is not noticeable when things are going smoothly, but it can protect you from harm when you fall into a low point. If you don't have faith, you will scramble around with both hands when faced with difficulties, often treating straw as a lifeline – but straw breaks, and the damage it causes is greater.
