To bring joy to others is compassion, and to find joy oneself is a responsibility.

When the heart is calm, we can hear our own voice; when the mind is clear, we can see the true nature of all things. What we are unwilling to let go of is often not worth cherishing; what we desperately pursue is not what life needs.
Life's journey is often too hurried, so we must learn to stop, smile at the changing clouds, sit down and appreciate the blossoming flowers, immerse ourselves in tranquility like the sea, and quietly observe our inner self. A calm and peaceful state of mind allows everything to naturally reflect; when the heart is quieted to its utmost, a moment becomes eternal.

True compassion lies not in tolerating or ignoring, but in finally understanding and appreciating; just as there is no perfect tea, a flawed cup can still create a perfect moment; no one is perfect, and we can learn to appreciate our own imperfections and an imperfect life. Use imperfect tea to brew a perfect life.
Happiness is not a luxury; it's a daily necessity. The price of happiness is surprisingly low; we often overestimate it. Don't hide your joy in a safe deposit box; share it with others.
People who are content live simply and happily; those with excessive desires often look worried. Happiness and sorrow can only coexist; if you cling to one, the other won't come. Letting others be happy is compassion; allowing yourself to be happy is your duty.
