Things Young Adults Should Know – Do You Know Them?
1. Cultivate your hobbies, don't just focus on work; have something you're good at besides it. You can be the person sitting by the roadside, getting applause from others, but at least once someone should applaud for you.
2. In your twenties, focus on escaping poverty, not on getting single. If you're overly obsessed with a relationship, it often ends in disappointment. Invest your energy in your career and studies, and you'll become a better version of yourself.
3. Express your desires openly, acknowledge your desires, and constantly remind yourself to strive for them.

4. Handle small matters with flexibility, and adhere to principles for big issues. You can compromise, but never break your own bottom line.
5. If you can't handle the immediate struggles, don't dream of faraway lands and poetry.
6. Don't be lost, don't fear the future; a little joy in each step. Young people, everything is still possible. Be brave to try things, and you'll eventually discover what you truly like through stumbling and exploring.
7. Make friendships naturally, don't force compatibility if your worldviews differ. Don't reveal everything to new acquaintances; talk deep initially, and you'll regret it later.
8. Whether you're single or in a relationship, it doesn't matter. If someone's there, love them wholeheartedly; if you're alone, take care of yourself.
9. Do things yourself whenever possible; don't burden others with your problems. Money and debts can be repaid, but emotional debts are hard to settle.

10. Don't pursue relationships excessively; focus on making friends. You'll often find that friendships are more reliable than romantic love. The world is inherently desolate anyway, regardless of whether you have someone by your side.
11. Treat yourself occasionally, relax a little, indulge in a small whim, spend a little money - it doesn't constitute harming others.
12. If you can't be with your parents, call them often. As you grow older, your world will expand; they'll get older, and your world will be all they have. Parents are present, and there's a place to return to in life; when they're gone, there's only a place of origin.
