One can surely understand many principles in this real society, but is always unable to live a good life. Sometimes people will think, is it because they know not enough, or somewhere wrong? In fact, it is not that one knows not enough, but because of life, just knowing is still not enough, in the face of life, knowing and realizing dreams and life value, there is a very important link is to do.

To keep one's word, it is of great significance. No matter doing things or being a person, there are many philosophies hidden in them. We need to truly achieve a thing, we need to pay attention to many details, and we also need to face many challenges. Ultimately, whether we can unconditionally do a thing, is whether we can persevere, whether we can diligently do, or whether we are lazy and pass it off, there are many problems.

So how to do it, that is truly being accomplished? Our ancient wise men Wang Yangming once said 3 points, that is 'knowledge and action are one, diligent in seeking knowledge, meticulous in doing things'. As for how to really implement it, I will continue to analyze it in real life.

01 Know and Act Together

'Knowledge is knowledge, ignorance is ignorance, this is wisdom.' Before doing a thing, we should first know if we can do it, or if it should be done. Once it is determined that it can be done, we must not talk about theory, we must be determined to act, because only by acting, the distance to success will be closer. We, the people of this society, actually understand 'knowing' in 'knowledge and action are one' very clearly, because now the information exchange in society is convenient, people can easily obtain various knowledge and principles, but many people are in such a state, always feel that they already know everything in the world, but they don't want to do it, because they think it's pointless, or they don't want to do it because they are lazy.

'A thousand miles is begun with a foot.' If you don't do it, there is no way to talk about success or failure. Especially in business or realizing dreams, simply talking about it has no meaning. Don't always think things are easy, when you actually do them you'll find they are far more complicated than you imagined, and there are many things that deserve to be studied and understood for a lifetime.

02 Diligent in Seeking Knowledge

'One diligent, there are no difficult things in the world.' This was said by Zeng Guofan. Zeng Guofan always emphasized that people should be diligent and hard-working. He told young people, 'From ten kinds of diseases, all originate from laziness.' If a person is always lazy and doesn't do anything, it's impossible to succeed or have a promising career. Wang Yangming also attached great importance to 'diligent' two characters. He fully interpreted 'diligent' in his life, completely 'tirelessly serving', unwilling to waste any time, as long as there was time, he would go to study various things. Therefore, Wang Yangming was able to achieve such great achievements.

Let's look at our current people, who always like to put 'tomorrow, when there's time, let's do it' on their lips. There are really few diligent people who work hard. For example, a group of people working on a project together, they always compare each other's gains and losses, they don't want to spend time studying things, they just want to share the success.

It's like falling from heaven, everyone desires. But in reality, it never happens. If it really falls from heaven, you still have to go out and look for it. If you lie in a warm bed, there's no chance at all. I remembered a story about a flower boy who always prayed to heaven for good luck, praying for a lottery. He prayed for a long time, but he never moved, always lying there. Heaven couldn't bear it, so it criticized him, 'If you want to win the lottery, you must at least buy a ticket.'

This story is humorous but has profound meaning. It's not realistic to lie at home and complain. We must take action. Wang Yangming said 'knowledge and action are one, diligent in seeking knowledge, meticulous in doing things' this 3 points will help life.

03 Meticulous in Doing Things

'Details determine success or failure.' Since we have made a determined decision to do a thing and stopped being lazy, our success will depend on the details. Every thing has different components, and only by mastering all the details of these components can the overall thing succeed.

For example, a machine cannot run if any part is missing. Details are like the parts of the machine. 'A thousand miles is begun with a foot.' 'A thousand miles is begun with a foot.' The proverb means that details determine success or failure. If you don't pay attention to details, eventually it will cause a devastating blow.

Let's take a common example: keeping hygiene. Many people don't pay much attention to it. Some people eat and throw garbage randomly, and they've gotten used to this. Later, when they start a business and want to raise financing, they've already made an agreement to meet, but because you carelessly throw a cigarette butt, the other person has doubts about your character, and the originally normal financing may fail because of your small action.

We must pay attention to all possible details when doing a thing, and make the thing as detailed as possible. This will make it difficult to fail.
