A Simple and Creative Static Dribbling Technique
Hello everyone, today we share a static dribbling technique, we hope you like it!

When we form a confrontation with the opponent, this technique can help us easily break free from the defensive player, it’s cool and practical, let’s start learning below:
Technical breakdown:
This dribbling technique consists of two parts, ball pull and stop and heel turn. Let’s first look at the first part, ball pull and stop. The ball is in front of us, we pull the ball to the side of our body, pull the ball with the pull foot, and then the other foot follows along.

Figure 1- Ball pull and stop
Let’s do it quickly, at this time we need a quick small jump, the whole action will be smooth, the small jump is key to cutting the ball in the pull action.

Figure 2- Small jump in the middle
After the pull, we stop the ball, don’t let the ball be too far from our foot, otherwise we can’t complete the next action.

Figure 3- Don’t let the ball be too far from your foot
Keep the ball at the edge of the pull foot, maintain contact, now the ball is at our foot, our center of gravity also comes to the side of the ball, we can prepare to ‘trick’ the opponent.

Figure 4- Maintain contact
We will then combine the whole action, pull the ball, stop it, shoulder drop outward to push the ball out, pull the ball back, so this is two steps.

Figure 5- Heel turn technique
When doing the heel turn technique, the rhythm is very important, add a shoulder drop action when pushing the ball outward, which will make the whole action very realistic.

Figure 6- Shoulder drop fake
We will then combine the whole action, pull the ball, stop it, shoulder drop outward to push the ball out, pull the ball back, so this is two steps.

Figure 7- Two steps
The most important part of this technique is to keep the ball and foot in contact after the pull and stop, so we can combine the heel turn.

Figure 8- Let your foot and ball stay in contact
When we do this, we need to have a rhythm, fully understand the timing difference of the action, this is key to realistic action and successful defense.

Figure 9- Master the rhythm
Finally, the simplest and most practical technique, if you don’t practice it, you will definitely not be able to apply it, so if you want to become a master, we need to put in time to practice.
